3 ft. Black Leather thong
1 Fresh Leg of Crow ( From where the feathers end)
1 Qt. Ethel or Isopropyl Alcohol
Epoxy Glue
Marble ( Optional)
Sever the leg of the crow just below where the feathers end, The fresher the kill the more stable the final preserved foot will be. You know you have a real fresh one if liquid oozes out of the corpse when you pierce it.
Make 4 solutions of water and alcohol the first one being 25%, The second 50%, the third 75% and the last%100. Soak the leg for 24 hours in each of the first three solutions. Then soak the leg in the 100% solution for 72 hours. After this let the leg dry for an additional 72 hours before working with it.
Apply epoxy to upper area of the leg where you are going to attach the thong. Take 2 equal lengths of thong of the length you wish to wear the pendant at and attach to sides of leg. Then take shorter length of thong and completely wrap this area in a coil. When the epoxy is dry, trim the coil, tie the thong and there you have it, As an option you can glue a marble in the claw for an added effect.
